Iranian President: Azerbaijan Reopened Closed Bank, Embassy After Two-Hour Call
President Pezeshkian stated that Azerbaijan had shut down Iran's bank and closed all routes, but reopened them after a lengthy conversation. He also noted Iran's assistance with supply routes, including for Russia, during the war.
Azerbaijan had closed all routes and shut down Iran’s bank, according to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian. Following a two-hour phone conversation, the bank, embassy, and routes were reopened.
Pezeshkian added that Iran provided significant help with various logistical corridors during the war, including those used for Russian supplies. Iraq also played a similar role.
