Introducing XT Broker Program

XT Exchange introduces a broker program allowing professional trading platforms to access its execution infrastructure via API, with tiered commissions up to 60% based on 30-day trading volume.

Crypto exchange XT Exchange has launched a new Broker Program aimed at professional trading platforms that want to offer market access without building their own full exchange stack. The program, announced on February 11, 2026, provides API-based execution infrastructure, with commissions tied to sustained trading volume rather than short-term promotions.

The program is designed for platforms such as trading terminals, asset managers, social trading platforms, automated bot providers, and wallets with embedded trading features. Participants can choose between two models: API Brokers, which integrate XT's execution via plug-and-play APIs, and Independent Brokers, which trade through linked sub-accounts under a master account.

Commission Structure

Commissions are tiered based on rolling 30-day trading volume. The tiers are as follows:

  • VIP 1: ≥ USD 10 million volume → 40% commission
  • VIP 2: ≥ USD 30 million volume → 50% commission
  • VIP 3: ≥ USD 100 million volume → 60% commission

XT notes that commissions are calculated on real trading activity, not sign-ups or referrals, and that the program positions brokerage as an operational infrastructure relationship rather than a marketing construct.

Eligible businesses must manage active trading workflows and undergo an onboarding process that includes account registration, submission of a broker application, receipt of a Broker ID, and API integration. XT states that broker and affiliate statuses cannot coexist under the same account.

Founded in 2018, XT Exchange reports serving over 12 million registered users across more than 200 countries, supporting over 1,300 tokens and trading pairs. The broker program is part of a broader industry trend where front-end product innovation is increasingly separated from backend execution infrastructure.
