Hyperliquid Price Prediction: HYPE Holds $82 With $100 in…

HYPE is trading around $82.39 after its August 27 record, while Bitwise's BHYP fund has staked roughly $74.9 million of the token, according to CoinMarketCap data.

Hyperliquid's HYPE token is trading at about $82.39, sitting just under the all-time high of $86.71 it set on August 27, according to CoinMarketCap figures cited in a market commentary. The piece frames that record level as the last barrier before a potential move toward $100, with $150 presented as a year-end target, and puts buyer support near $74.

The most concrete development flagged in the commentary is the activity of Bitwise's BHYP fund, which holds spot HYPE for investors and has locked roughly $74.9 million worth of the token to earn staking rewards. According to the report, no regulated crypto fund had previously staked the asset. The distinction matters because staked tokens are pulled out of circulating supply rather than sitting on order books waiting for a buyer, converting a large holder into a longer-term one.

A second structural buyer comes from Hyperliquid itself. The exchange's AQAv2 mechanism directs 90% of its income into buying back HYPE, drawing on a reserve the commentary values at $5 billion. Combined with the ETF staking flows, the article argues that two automatic demand sources now operate beneath the market.

Scale limits the upside

The commentary is blunt about what size does to returns. With HYPE's circulating value near $20 billion, a climb from $82.39 to $150 equates to roughly an 85% gain, not a multiple. January's advance from $25 is described as the year's strongest move among large-cap tokens, yet the author notes that percentage outcomes are now the realistic frame for a token of this valuation.

The same article also devotes substantial space to Pepeto, a presale exchange token that has never traded on a public market and is being marketed ahead of a possible Binance listing. The promotional claims include analyst projections of 100x to 300x returns, more than $10.9 million raised, a fixed supply of 420 trillion tokens, a SolidProof code audit, a 164% annual yield on locked tokens until listing, and involvement from a co-founder of the original Pepe project plus a former Binance executive handling the listing. Those figures and projections come from the project's own promotional material and have not been independently verified.
