Hola Prime Simplifies Prop Trading Rules With Launch Of…

Prop trading firm Hola Prime has published The Rulebook, a single reference covering account conditions and breach rules, and removed three restrictions on Sim. funded accounts.

Hola Prime, the global proprietary trading firm, announced on October 21st, 2026 the launch of The Rulebook, a consolidated document that gathers the rules and account conditions governing its trading programmes into a single reference point. The New York-announced release is aimed at reducing the number of separate resources traders must consult.

The Rulebook consolidates the criteria for passing a challenge, account conditions, trading rules, breach conditions and overall account requirements. Alongside the consolidation, Hola Prime is maintaining transparent change logs, so traders can follow how requirements are amended over time rather than discovering updates after the fact.

Three funded account restrictions removed

As part of the same update, the firm has scrapped three restrictions that previously applied to funded accounts: a 60% maximum concentration per trade, a 70% maximum margin rule, and a three-minute deadline for setting a Stop Loss. Hola Prime framed the move as part of a wider effort to simplify its trading conditions and make the applicable rules easier to review.

The firm also pointed to its existing breach appeal channel. Traders who believe a breach decision was applied incorrectly can submit an appeal, with Hola Prime's Risk Team reviewing the circumstances and issuing a written explanation of the outcome, whether the original decision is upheld or reversed.

"Clear rules are an important part of a fair trading environment," said Somesh Kapuria, CEO of Hola Prime. He said traders should be able to locate the conditions that apply to their accounts without searching across multiple resources, and that the change logs are intended to help them keep track of updates. Kapuria also confirmed the removal of the three restrictions on Sim. funded accounts.

The Rulebook is available to Hola Prime traders through the firm's official website. Hola Prime offers funded accounts across forex, commodities and indices, targeting different trading approaches, and markets a 1-Hour Payout model. The company cites industry recognition including the Global Most Transparent Prop Firm 2025 award from Finance Magnates and the Fastest Payout Prop Firm MEA 2026 award from the UF Awards.
