FundingPips Introduces 2 Step Flex Challenge

FundingPips has introduced its 2 Step Flex two-phase evaluation, featuring a 12% maximum drawdown, no consistency rules or time limit, and up to a 95% reward split.

FundingPips has launched 2 Step Flex, a new two-phase trading challenge built around a 12% maximum drawdown, no consistency rules, no time limit, and reward splits reaching up to 95%. The challenge is available immediately on the FundingPips platform in account sizes of $5,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000.

The evaluation has a straightforward structure: traders must hit a 10% profit target in Phase 1 and a 6% target in Phase 2. There are no minimum trading days and no time limit on either phase, though traders need to place at least one trade every 30 days to keep their account active. A daily loss limit of 4% applies alongside the 12% maximum drawdown.

Successful traders receive a Master Account with an 85% reward split as standard. At checkout, traders can add an optional 95% reward-split add-on at no additional cost, and the chosen split is locked for the life of the account. Payouts run on a bi-weekly cycle beginning 14 calendar days after the first executed trade on the Master Account, with a minimum reward request of 1% of the Master Account size.

The 2 Step Flex model also includes leverage of up to 1:100 on forex pairs, which FundingPips says is the highest standard forex leverage across its product lineup. The absence of consistency rules means traders are evaluated on overall results rather than how profits are distributed across trading days.

FundingPips has also built in an evaluation reset feature for traders who breach account rules. After a breach, a reset option appears automatically on the trader dashboard for up to seven days, available at a 10% discount. The reset preserves the account size, trading platform, account number, and reward cycle; a Phase 2 reset restarts the trader from Phase 1.

To pass either phase, traders must reach the profit target with all trades closed, as open-trade gains do not count toward the target. The launch is part of FundingPips' effort to offer a more flexible evaluation model for day traders, swing traders, trend followers, and momentum traders alike.
