flatexDEGIRO Accelerates Growth, Expects 2027 Targets a Year Early

flatexDEGIRO now forecasts 2026 revenue of around €650 million and net income of about €200 million, hitting its 2027 financial goals one year ahead of schedule.

flatexDEGIRO SE announced on June 26, 2026, that it expects to achieve its 2027 financial targets already in 2026, citing strong customer growth, elevated trading activity and higher interest income in the first half of the year. The online broker now projects full-year 2026 revenue of approximately €650 million and net income of around €200 million.

The revised guidance represents a significant upgrade from the previous forecast. Revenue is expected to grow about 16% versus 2025, compared with an earlier projection of 5-10% growth (roughly €588-616 million). Net income is seen rising roughly 25% year-on-year, versus the prior range of 5-15% (€168-184 million).

“Only sixteen months ago, we set ourselves the ambitious objective of almost doubling Net Income by 2027 to around €200 million. Achieving this target a full year ahead of schedule demonstrates the strength of our platform, the execution of our strategy and the structural growth opportunities that continue to emerge across the European wealth market,” said Oliver Behrens, CEO of flatexDEGIRO.

Chief Financial Officer Dr. Benon Janos highlighted the quality of the growth: “We are not only growing faster than expected, but doing so while maintaining our focus on cost discipline. The scalability of our platform continues to translate Revenue growth into disproportionately higher earnings and cash generation.”

The stronger performance is underpinned by robust customer acquisition, increased engagement from existing clients and an expanding product offering. Higher cash balances in a favourable interest rate environment, a growing margin loan book and a more active treasury strategy have all boosted interest income. The company said costs remain well controlled despite ongoing investments in products, services and marketing, enabling significant operating leverage.

With net income on track to reach around €200 million in 2026 — the third consecutive annual increase of at least €40 million — flatexDEGIRO sees room to balance further investment with higher shareholder returns. Management intends to present new medium-term ambitions alongside its preliminary full-year 2026 results in February 2027, based on a higher starting point than originally anticipated. The company serves over 3.6 million retail investors across 16 European countries and executed more than 75 million securities transactions in 2025.
