FinecoBank Board Approves Draft 2025 Annual Financial Statements

FinecoBank's board approved final 2025 financial statements on March 3, confirming consolidated net profit of EUR 647m, and proposed a EUR 0.79 per share dividend.

FinecoBank's board of directors approved the parent company's draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, at a meeting in Milan on March 3, 2026. The approval confirms the full-year results the board first passed on Feb. 5, 2026, and released to the market on Feb. 6, 2026.

The Italian bank reported a parent-company net profit of EUR 643.1 million for 2025, easing from EUR 648.8 million a year earlier. Consolidated net profit came to EUR 647.0 million, compared with EUR 652.3 million in 2024.

Alongside the accounts, the board approved a dividend proposal of EUR 0.79 per share from 2025 profit, to be put to the ordinary shareholders' meeting scheduled for April 29, 2026. The proposal covers 611,890,603 ordinary shares, each with a par value of EUR 0.33, including 315,282 shares issued under a share capital increase supporting employee incentive arrangements approved by the board on Feb. 5, 2026.

If approved, the total dividend payout will be EUR 483,393,576.37. Payment is set for May 20, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of May 18, 2026 and a record date of May 19, 2026.

For any treasury shares held by the bank at the record date, the corresponding undistributed dividend amount will be allocated to the extraordinary reserve. The distribution plan is the same profit-allocation proposal the board adopted when it approved the 2025 results, the company said.
