DigiFinex Launches Billions Network (BILL)

DigiFinex will open BILL/USDT trading on May 6, 2026, with deposits and withdrawals starting May 7. Billions Network is a zero-knowledge identity platform for humans and AI agents.

Cryptocurrency exchange DigiFinex has announced the listing of Billions Network (BILL), with trading set to go live on May 6, 2026, at 9:00 UTC. Deposits and withdrawals will open the following day, May 7, 2026, at 9:00 UTC, according to the exchange's official schedule.

The token will be available against Tether (USDT) under the trading pair BILL/USDT. DigiFinex said the listing is part of its ongoing effort to expand access to emerging crypto projects and digital identity infrastructure.

Billions Network describes itself as a universal Human and AI Network designed to let users prove they are real, unique individuals online without revealing their underlying personal data. The project aims to address the growing prevalence of AI-generated bots, fake accounts, and synthetic identities by giving humans a way to maintain credibility in digital interactions and securely leverage AI agents.

Built on zero-knowledge cryptography, the network allows users to verify their identity using everyday devices, with no special hardware required and no personal data exposed to third parties. After verification, users receive a reusable zero-knowledge credential that can be used across integrated apps, platforms, and AI agents. These credentials can support proofs of personhood, uniqueness, age, KYC status, region, and other attributes, while remaining interoperable across protocols and legacy systems through open data standards.

The project also extends identity capabilities to AI agents through its Know Your Agent (KYA) framework. This framework assigns a unique identity to an AI agent instance based on the verified identity of the deploying and controlling party, allowing agents to prove they operate on behalf of a specific individual or group without exposing underlying data.

DigiFinex noted that cryptocurrency investments carry inherent market risks and volatility, and advised users to conduct their own research before investing. The exchange also stated that the newly listed product is not eligible for the Canadian market due to its Pre-Registration Undertaking, and that it has implemented measures to avoid distributing relevant promotional material to IP addresses originating from Canada where technically feasible.
