Costco July sales rise 8.9% ex-gas and FX, digital up 17.7%
Costco reported July total company sales of $23.12 bln, with comparable sales ex-gas and FX up 8.9%. Digitally-enabled sales jumped 17.7%.

Costco posted total company sales of $23.12 billion for July.
U.S. comparable sales excluding gasoline and foreign exchange impacts rose 6.9%. On a total company basis, the same metric climbed 8.9%.
Digitally-enabled sales, also excluding gas and FX, surged 17.7%, highlighting continued momentum in the retailer's e-commerce channels.
