Cooler CPI Fails to Lift Dow Jones Industrial Average

The July U.S. consumer price index was released at 12:30 GMT and matched consensus expectations across the board. Despite the cooler inflation print, the Dow Jones Industrial Average did not hold its initial positive reaction.
