CoinSwitch Chooses Kiln to Power Staking for 20+ Million Users

India's largest crypto platform CoinSwitch has partnered with institutional staking provider Kiln to integrate staking across 13+ blockchains, starting with Ethereum, Solana, Cardano, and Polkadot.

CoinSwitch, India’s largest crypto platform with over 20 million registered users, has announced a partnership with Kiln, a leading institutional staking platform, to introduce staking rewards to its user base. The collaboration aims to enhance the platform’s offerings by integrating Kiln’s high-performance staking infrastructure across more than 13 proof-of-stake (PoS) chains, beginning with Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), and Polkadot (DOT).

Founded in 2017 and backed by investors including a16z, Tiger Global, Sequoia Capital India, and Coinbase Ventures, CoinSwitch operates a regulatory-compliant platform offering over 350 cryptocurrencies. The integration with Kiln will leverage the latter’s enterprise-grade validators, SOC 2 Type II certification, and a track record of zero slashing events. CoinSwitch said the partnership will provide users with safer rewards and a more secure staking experience.

Ashish Singhal, Co-Founder of CoinSwitch, stated that the priority was to combine strong performance with uncompromising security, adding that Kiln’s proven track record made it the natural choice. Laszlo S., CEO of Kiln, noted that the partnership reflects growing demand for rewards products and their importance for customer acquisition and retention in the dynamic Indian market.

Kiln runs validators on all major PoS blockchains, with over $16 billion in digital assets currently staked through its platform, and operates more than 6% of the Ethereum network. The integration will be managed via Kiln’s dashboard and SDK, enabling CoinSwitch’s operations team to deploy and manage validators efficiently while generating client reports. The move is expected to boost staking accessibility for millions of Indian crypto enthusiasts.
