Building institutional market access across leading O/EMS platforms

Bitstamp by Robinhood has expanded its order and execution management (O/EMS) connectivity ecosystem with integrations from CoinRoutes, Talos, and Wyden during Q2 2026, providing institutional clients with more ways to access its markets through preferred trading workflows.

Bitstamp by Robinhood has added three new integrations with order and execution management (O/EMS) platforms during the second quarter of 2026, aiming to give institutional clients broader access to its spot and derivatives markets through the trading tools they already use.

The crypto exchange now connects with CoinRoutes, Talos, and Wyden, expanding the range of connectivity options available to institutional traders. The latest integration, CoinRoutes, provides clients with direct order routing across Bitstamp's full suite of spot and derivatives products within a single workflow. It also leverages CoinRoutes' smart order routing capabilities, which support more programmatic trading strategies and streamlined market access.

These additions build on Bitstamp's existing network of O/EMS partners and reflect a broader push to reduce onboarding friction for institutional firms. Beyond these platform integrations, Bitstamp continues to offer direct connectivity via REST API, WebSocket, and FIX 4.4 protocols, supporting everything from discretionary execution to fully automated and algorithmic trading strategies.

The move comes as digital asset liquidity becomes increasingly fragmented across venues, making seamless connectivity and high-quality execution critical for institutional market participants. Bitstamp says the expanded access helps simplify connectivity and enables clients to interact with its markets through their preferred trading environment.

By improving both direct and platform-based access, Bitstamp aims to support the evolving operational needs of institutional traders as the crypto ecosystem matures. The exchange, now part of the Robinhood group, emphasizes reliability, transparency, and execution at scale as core elements of its institutional offering.
