Blofin Crypto Exchange Review: Fees, Supported Coins,…

Blofin offers spot and perpetual futures with 0.10% base spot fees, futures fees from 0.020%/0.060%, up to 150x leverage and optional KYC for basic trading.

Blofin, a crypto exchange founded in September 2019 and reportedly registered in the Cayman Islands, offers spot trading, perpetual futures, copy trading and signal bots. A review of the platform’s current terms shows it listed 329 cryptocurrencies and 334 spot pairs on CoinGecko in October 2026, with leverage reaching 150x on major derivatives contracts.

Blofin’s maker-taker fee schedule starts at 0.10% for spot makers and takers. Futures trading begins at 0.020% maker and 0.060% taker. A VIP program lowers fees based on 30-day futures volume or assets held; tier one requires $5 million in volume or $50,000 in platform assets, and the highest tiers can include negative maker fees. Crypto deposits are free, withdrawals vary by asset and network, and the exchange does not levy inactivity or maintenance fees. It supports more than 80 fiat currencies through third-party payment providers.

Leverage reaches 150x on select perpetual contracts, mainly major pairs such as BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT. Most altcoin perpetuals support 10x to 75x, depending on liquidity and volatility. Users can choose cross-margin or isolated-margin modes, and the liquidation engine uses a mark price built from multiple exchange feeds plus an insurance fund. Blofin’s 150x cap exceeds Binance’s 125x and Bybit’s 100x, increasing liquidation risk; at maximum leverage, an adverse move of less than 0.67% could trigger liquidation depending on maintenance margin and fees.

Basic accounts do not require mandatory KYC, though optional verification unlocks higher withdrawal limits and fiat on-ramps. Blofin uses Fireblocks for custody and private-key operations, and Fireblocks reported more than 2,400 institutional customers as of January 2026. The exchange also publishes proof-of-reserves data with Merkle-tree verification. Its regulatory position is limited: it is reportedly Cayman-registered, holds no US or EU licenses, and blocks users in sanctioned countries and jurisdictions where crypto derivatives are prohibited.

Market depth is thinner than at Binance, which processes more than $15 billion in daily spot volume, but Blofin’s liquidity is generally sufficient for standard retail orders on major pairs, according to the review. Additional products include copy trading, signal bots and BloFin Earn savings and staking offerings. Blofin’s growth will depend on maintaining its security record and adapting to tighter global KYC and derivatives rules.
