Bitvavo Joins the Fireblocks Network for Institutional Clients

Bitvavo has joined the Fireblocks Network to enable institutional clients to transfer assets seamlessly while preserving their existing custody and governance procedures.

Dutch cryptocurrency exchange Bitvavo has announced its integration into the Fireblocks Network, a move aimed at simplifying digital asset transfers for institutional clients.

By joining the network, Bitvavo allows institutions to move assets between their existing Fireblocks custody accounts and the Bitvavo platform without altering their established security and governance frameworks. The connection is designed to provide easier access to Bitvavo’s liquidity while enabling clients to maintain control over their funds.

Fireblocks is a widely used platform for transferring, storing, and issuing digital assets, serving over 2,000 financial institutions. Its network facilitates secure, real-time transactions between participants, making it a common choice for crypto firms and traditional financial players.

Bitvavo described the integration as another step in expanding its institutional offering across Europe. The exchange has been gradually building out services for professional traders and institutional investors in the region.

The announcement included a standard disclaimer stating that the post is for informational purposes only, does not constitute a marketing communication or investment recommendation, and that investing in cryptocurrencies carries the risk of total loss.
