Binance Exchange Launches bStocks Tokenized Securities: 1:1 Backing and 24/7 Trading

Binance has launched bStocks, tokenized securities backed 1:1 by US stocks, allowing 24/7 trading on BNB Chain. First listings include NVIDIA, Tesla, Micron, Circle, and Sandisk.

Binance Exchange today announced the launch of bStocks, tokenized securities representing select U.S. equities, now available for 24/7 trading on its platform. The tokens are issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, and have secured regulatory approval from the Abu Dhabi Global Market’s (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority. Each bStock is backed 1:1 by an underlying share held with a regulated custodian.

The first bStock listings include Circle Internet Group (CRCLB/USDT), Micron Technology (MUB/USDT), NVIDIA (NVDAB/USDT), Sandisk (SNDKB/USDT), and Tesla (TSLAB/USDT). A token for SpaceX (SPCXB/USDT) is planned, pending the company’s public listing on Nasdaq. Additional bStocks will be added progressively.

bStocks are issued as BEP-20 tokens on BNB Chain, enabling users to hold them on Binance, self-custody them via compatible wallets, and integrate them with supported DeFi applications. Corporate actions such as stock splits and dividend adjustments are handled automatically. Users can convert between underlying equities—purchased through Binance’s broker-dealer Nest Trading Limited—and bStocks at a 1:1 ratio with zero conversion fees. Fractional shares start at $5.

“Early demand for stocks trading on Binance shows that users want more flexible ways to access traditional markets,” said Richard Teng, co-CEO of Binance. “bStocks are the next step in that evolution, bringing real-world assets on-chain while giving users greater portability and self-custody.” He added that Binance aims to bridge traditional finance and crypto infrastructure in a simple and secure manner.

For a limited time, Binance is offering zero maker fees on initial bStock trading pairs: MUB/USDT from June 11, 2026 to August 31, 2026, and CRCLB/USDT, NVDAB/USDT, SNDKB/USDT, and TSLAB/USDT from June 11, 2026 to August 31, 2026. bStocks are classified as certificates under ADGM regulations and do not represent direct ownership of the underlying shares. They are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions and are not offered in the United States.
