Beyond the Jersey: How CoinEx Built a Unified Global Brand Experience Through the World Cup

CoinEx rolled out a unified global brand campaign around the 2026 World Cup, featuring a branded jersey, match-prediction content, and mascot Nakamoto Cat to build community engagement across 200+ countries.

CoinEx, the cryptocurrency exchange serving over 10 million users across more than 200 countries, has launched a global brand campaign tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Rather than relying on individual advertisements, the exchange created a unified experience blending visual identity, community activities, and product storytelling.

At the center of the campaign is a CoinEx-branded World Cup jersey. Designed in the platform’s signature blue-green palette, the jersey is meant to symbolize speed, teamwork, and global connection. It appears in community events, partner gatherings, and social media content, becoming a wearable extension of the brand.

CoinEx maintained a cohesive visual language across all campaign assets, including a hero poster, a campaign video, and social media graphics. The company said consistent design helps strengthen brand recall and recognition worldwide.

To keep the community engaged throughout the tournament, CoinEx developed several content formats. A jersey unboxing video highlighted craftsmanship details, while a match-prediction series encouraged users to discuss every game. The exchange also tied football themes to wealth management content. The brand mascot, Nakamoto Cat, was used to appeal to younger audiences.

Founded in 2017 and backed by mining pool ViaBTC, CoinEx was among the first exchanges to publish proof-of-reserves and implement a 100% reserve policy. It currently supports more than 1,100 cryptocurrencies. The World Cup campaign represents a broader investment in long-term brand building, according to the company.

“Modern branding is no longer defined by a single advertisement,” the exchange stated, noting that every user interaction shapes the brand. CoinEx aims to transform isolated marketing moments into a connected brand journey that users recognize and choose to be part of.
