Axi Secures FSC Mauritius Licence

Global online FX/CFD broker Axi has been granted a licence by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, adding a regulated jurisdiction to serve high-growth markets.

Axi, the global online FX and CFD trading broker, has been granted a licence by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. The approval adds a significant regulatory jurisdiction to the company's global footprint, enabling it to offer regulated trading services in some of the world's fastest-growing markets.

Mauritius is recognised as one of the most internationally active financial centres. The FSC imposes clear standards on licensed firms covering capital adequacy, client fund protection, and conduct of business. For traders, this means access to the same framework of accountability that Axi maintains across its other regulated entities.

The licence builds on Axi's 18-plus years of operating in more than 100 countries. The company stated that regulation is not a box to tick, but the foundation every trader should expect before committing capital.

Simon Hodgkiss, Chief Risk Officer at Axi, commented: "Securing our Mauritius licence is an important step for Axi's growth, and for the traders who will be able to access our platform through this trusted, regulatory framework." He added that maintaining strong regulatory standards remains central to how the company operates as it continues to expand internationally, reinforcing its commitment to providing a reliable trading environment.

Axi has also continued to expand its award-winning Axi Select funded trader programme and broader product ecosystem, aiming to help traders access global opportunities through a simpler and more connected trading experience.

The Mauritius licence adds to Axi's existing regulated entities and supports the company's 18-year track record of serving traders with award-winning technology, transparent pricing, and a focus on client outcomes.
