A More Seamless and Personalized App Experience
Firstrade rolled out a redesigned mobile app featuring customizable up/down colors, a retro theme, 24/7 in-app support and easier address updates.
Firstrade has introduced a new version of its mobile investing app, adding interface customization, around-the-clock in-app customer support and streamlined account management tools. The online brokerage says the update is meant to make daily platform use faster, clearer and more personalized.
Users can now set their own display preferences for up and down price movements, including a "red-up, green-down" color scheme. The app also gains a new Retro Theme option. In addition, clients can update their physical address directly from Account → Personal Profile, removing the need for a separate account maintenance process.
Customer support is now available 24/7 through the app, either via a smart virtual assistant or by connecting directly with a live agent. Firstrade also says the updated app features a cleaner balance tab layout and overall performance enhancements.
The company said the changes were driven by user feedback and its ongoing commitment to a reliable, intuitive and modern platform. Further updates are planned as the brokerage continues to evolve its offering.
