WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) Officially Listed on Kraken Exchange
WhiteBIT's native WBT token has been listed on Kraken, with trading pairs against the euro and US dollar. The exchange says the listing underscores the token's growing market recognition.
Lithuanian cryptocurrency exchange WhiteBIT announced that its native token, WhiteBIT Coin (WBT), is now live on Kraken, one of the longest-established crypto trading platforms. The listing covers WBT/EUR and WBT/USD trading pairs, giving traders around the world a new avenue to buy and sell the asset.
The move follows a strong year for WBT in 2025, during which the token gained 160% and reached an all-time high of $64.11. According to CoinGecko data cited by WhiteBIT, WBT became the 11th-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, with a market cap of $10.7 billion.
Volodymyr Nosov, founder and president of W Group, the parent organization of WhiteBIT, called the Kraken listing a natural next step in the expansion of the WhiteBIT ecosystem. He said the listing reflects momentum built through ecosystem growth, strategic partnerships, and rising institutional visibility.
Ecosystem growth and token utility
WhiteBIT attributed the token's momentum to several developments across the W Group ecosystem, including a partnership with Italian football club Juventus, which made WhiteBIT the club's official sleeve and cryptocurrency exchange partner. The company also pointed to expansion in South America and the United States, as well as cooperation in the Middle East, including a partnership with Saudi Arabia focused on blockchain infrastructure and a central bank digital currency framework.
In addition, WBT was included in the S&P Crypto Indices, a step WhiteBIT says reflects the token's growing liquidity and market relevance.
Launched in 2022, WBT is the native utility token of the WhiteBIT platform. Within the exchange ecosystem, the token offers reduced trading fees of up to 100%, referral bonuses of up to 50%, and free daily withdrawals. Holders also receive free AML checks, staking rewards of up to 22.1%, and access to new projects through the WhiteBIT Launchpad.
WhiteBIT describes itself as the largest European cryptocurrency exchange by traffic, offering more than 900 trading pairs, over 350 assets, and support for eight fiat currencies. Founded in 2018, the platform is part of W Group, which serves more than 35 million customers globally. WhiteBIT also counts Visa, FACEIT, Juventus, and the Ukrainian national football team among its partners.
