Webull Moves to Acquire Pi Securities in $100 Million Thailand Deal

Webull Corporation's Thai subsidiary has signed an agreement to acquire Pi Securities Public Company Limited, a Bangkok-based investment services firm with more than five decades of operating history in Thailand's capital markets.

The transaction will be carried out via a share purchase agreement between Webull Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd.'s direct parent company and Country Group Holdings Public Company Limited, which controls Pi Securities. Webull will buy all shares held by Country Group Holdings, a purchase that values Pi Securities at approximately $100 million. The deal is subject to standard closing conditions, including regulatory and shareholder approvals, and was disclosed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on June 29, 2026.

Webull said the acquisition is intended to marry Pi Securities' local market expertise with Webull's digital investing platform and technology stack. The company expects the combination to broaden its investment product lineup and support the creation of a more comprehensive financial ecosystem for Thai investors.

Chonladet Khemarattana, Chief Executive Officer of Webull Thailand, said the investment would bring together Webull's technology and platform development strengths with Pi Securities' understanding of the local market and client service experience, positioning the business for sustainable long-term growth.

The deal also highlights Webull's expansion strategy across Southeast Asia. The Nasdaq-listed company, which trades under the ticker BULL, currently counts more than 27 million registered users across 16 markets and offers access to stocks, ETFs, options, futures, and digital assets through its platform.
