Tiger Brokers’ Parent Reports $182 Million Q2 Revenue as Client Assets Reach $60.7 Billion

UP Fintech Holding, the parent of Tiger Brokers, reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $182.3 million, up 31.4% year-on-year, with client assets rising to $60.7 billion.

UP Fintech Holding, the parent company of Tiger Brokers, reported record revenue for the second quarter of 2026 as its retail client base, assets under custody and trading activity expanded across several markets. Revenue for the quarter ended 30 June reached $182.3 million, a 31.4% increase year-on-year and 17.7% higher than the prior quarter. Non-GAAP net income attributable to shareholders came in at $42.8 million.

The result marks a sharp turnaround from the first quarter, when the group posted a $26.9 million loss after Chinese regulators levied roughly $59.7 million in fines and confiscated gains tied to unlicensed cross-border brokerage activity. Even so, first-quarter revenue had risen 26.3% year-on-year to $154.9 million.

On the client side, UP Fintech added 32,600 funded accounts during the second quarter, lifting the total to 1.3 million. Net asset inflows from global retail clients exceeded $1.5 billion, while total client assets grew 16.7% year-on-year to $60.7 billion.

Singapore and Hong Kong Activity Accelerates

Trading metrics were strong in the broker's key retail markets. In Singapore, total trading volume rose 92% year-on-year and total orders increased 46%, with active trading accounts growing for a tenth consecutive quarter. US stock trading volume in Singapore climbed 114% quarter-on-quarter, while the number of US options trading accounts rose 69% from a year earlier. In Hong Kong, active trading accounts jumped 132% year-on-year and total orders rose 70.9%. US options trading volume there increased 231%, while US and Hong Kong cash equity volumes rose 192% and 197% respectively.

The company also reported growth in its Hong Kong cryptocurrency business, where assets under custody rose 84.8% year-on-year and trading volume increased 154.8%. Hong Kong IPO subscriptions made through the platform reached HK$968.8 billion ($124 billion), up 577% year-on-year and 78% quarter-on-quarter.

Tiger Brokers broadened its retail product line during the quarter, extending global ETF coverage to Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Singapore users gained access to fractional trading in locally listed securities and one-step account linking for CDP, SRS and CPF accounts. The group also launched a new futures channel across its licensed markets, and its TigerAI tool extended analysis to commodity, equity index and foreign exchange futures.
