StoneX Approves Three-for-Two Stock Split

StoneX Group, parent of FOREX.com and City Index, approved a three-for-two stock split. Shareholders of record by July 7, 2026, receive one extra share per two held.

StoneX Group Inc., the parent company of retail trading brands FOREX.com and City Index, has announced a three-for-two stock split following approval by its board of directors.

Under the stock dividend plan, every shareholder will receive one additional share for each two shares they currently hold. The company said the move is intended to improve share accessibility for employees and investors across the global financial markets it serves.

The additional shares will be issued to investors of record at the close of business on July 7, 2026. Distribution is scheduled to take place after the market closes on July 17, 2026.

A three-for-two split increases the number of outstanding shares by 50% and reduces each share's price proportionally. The move does not alter the company's underlying value or investors' proportional ownership, but it can make the stock easier to trade and own in smaller quantities.

StoneX is a financial services firm offering execution, clearing and advisory services across institutional and retail clients. Through its retail brands, it provides access to forex, contracts for difference and other global markets.
