Robinhood Ventures Fund II IPO roadshow to commence on August 3, 2026

Robinhood Ventures Fund II will begin its IPO roadshow on August 3, 2026, ahead of a planned NYSE listing under the symbol RVII.

Robinhood Ventures Fund II (RVII) will launch its public offering roadshow on August 3, 2026, at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. ET, the company announced. The fund, managed by Robinhood Ventures DE, LLC, is a business development company (BDC), a type of closed-end fund regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940.

The roadshow follows RVII's public filing of a registration statement on Form N-2 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 30, 2026. The registration statement remains subject to SEC review, and shares cannot be sold until it is declared effective. The fund's shares are expected to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol RVII.

RVII intends to invest in a diversified portfolio of early- and growth-stage private companies, with a focus on businesses that are current or former participants in the Y Combinator startup accelerator program, or whose founders took part in the program. The fund's adviser says it seeks opportunities across sectors that show significant growth potential.

Unlike typical roadshow presentations, which are often restricted to institutional investors, the RVII roadshow will be open to everyone. The presentation will give a detailed look at the fund's strategy, portfolio approach, and what prospective investors can expect.

The roadshow kicks off with a video presentation featuring Robinhood Markets CEO Vlad Tenev, CFO Shiv Verma, Head of Robinhood Ventures and President of RVII Sarah Pinto, and RVII Portfolio Manager Rich Aberman.

Robinhood Ventures was first announced last September, built around the idea that access to private companies shaping the future should not be reserved for institutions or the wealthy.
