Plus500 Ltd H1 2026 Trading Update

Plus500's H1 2026 trading update shows Customer Income up 24% YoY to $460.8m and Revenue up 12% to $462.9m, driven by strong performance across OTC and non-OTC businesses.

Plus500, the global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary trading platforms, released its trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on 13 July. The company reported record Customer Income of $460.8 million, a 24% year-on-year increase, and revenue of $462.9 million, up 12% from $415.1 million in H1 2025. EBITDA rose 1% to $187.5 million, yielding a margin of 41%.

CEO David Zruia attributed the performance to "the quality of our customer base, the power of our proprietary technology, and the growing breadth of our global platforms." He highlighted the launch of a B2C prediction markets offering in the US in February 2026 and, in June, CFTC-regulated sports event-based contracts, which he described as "the highest-engagement category in prediction markets." The company also introduced a localised OTC trading platform in Canada and expanded its multi-asset product offering in Japan.

New Customers reached 65,723 in H1 2026, a 17% increase year-on-year, while Active Customers rose 10% to 197,294. Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) increased 2% to $2,346. The non-OTC segment—including futures, options, and share dealing—contributed approximately 15% of total revenue, up from 13% a year earlier, with around $70 million in revenue and roughly 30% year-on-year growth.

The group extended its OTC offering by launching 24/5 trading on stocks and ETFs, allowing customers continuous access to global markets five days a week. Plus500 noted that extended-hours trading is capturing a growing share of global retail activity.

Plus500’s balance sheet remained debt-free, with cash balances exceeding $850 million as of 30 June 2026. The board reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue and EBITDA outlook in line with current market expectations, following multiple upgrades to consensus forecasts this year.
