Plus500 FY 2025 Preliminary Results

Plus500 reported FY 2025 revenue of $792.4m (up 3%), EBITDA of $348.1m, and announced $187.5m in shareholder returns. The company completed its acquisition of Mehta Equities in India and saw its non-OTC business exceed $100m in revenue for the first time.

Plus500 Ltd., the global multi-asset fintech group, reported preliminary unaudited results for the year ended 31 December 2025, showing a 3% increase in revenue to $792.4 million and EBITDA of $348.1 million. The company also announced significant shareholder returns of $187.5 million, comprising a $100 million share buyback and $87.5 million in dividends, and confirmed the completion of its acquisition of Mehta Equities Limited in India.

Financial Highlights

Revenue rose to $792.4m from $768.3m in FY 2024, with trading income of $729.6m and interest income of $62.8m. EBITDA margin stood at 44% (FY 2024: 45%), while basic earnings per share increased 10% to $3.93. Net profit reached $281.3m, up from $273.1m. The company ended the year with $801.6m in cash and no debt.

Customer income improved to $739.4m (FY 2024: $667.6m). Average revenue per user (ARPU) hit a record $3,268 (up 8%), and average deposit per active customer surged 124% to approximately $26,900. Active customers totaled 242,440, down 5% year-on-year, while new customer acquisition was 104,902 (down 11%). Customer acquisition cost (AUAC) fell 13% to $1,267.

Strategic Milestones

Plus500’s non-OTC business (futures and share dealing) generated over $100m in revenue for the first time, representing 14% of total group revenue (FY 2024: 10%). Customer segregated funds in the non-OTC business rose 160% to $918.2m.

The company completed its acquisition of Mehta Equities in February 2026, expanding its futures footprint in India. It also entered a strategic partnership with Topstep as exclusive clearing and technology provider, and secured three new clearing memberships with ICE Clear US, ICE Clear Europe, and Kalshi Klear.

In prediction markets, Plus500 was appointed clearing partner for the CME Group and FanDuel joint venture, ‘FanDuel Prediction Markets’, and launched Kalshi event-based contracts for B2C customers in the US.

Geographical Expansion and Licences

Plus500 secured new licences in Canada, the UAE, and Colombia (its first Latin American presence), and obtained a commodities licence in Japan. The group now holds 17 regulatory licences globally.

Outlook

CEO David Zruia said the company has started FY 2026 with positive momentum across financial markets and strong operational results, including the prediction markets launch and Mehta acquisition. The board expects FY 2026 performance to be ahead of current market expectations, supported by a diversified business model and robust balance sheet.
