Phemex Officially Launches TradFi Traditional Asset Futures

Phemex has introduced TradFi futures, allowing users to trade traditional stock and precious metal price movements via futures derivatives with 24/7 access and no forced liquidation during market close.

Cryptocurrency exchange Phemex has officially launched traditional asset futures, offering users exposure to stock indices and precious metals through its existing futures trading infrastructure. The announcement was made on February 5, 2026.

The new product, branded as TradFi futures, lets traders speculate on price movements of traditional financial instruments without requiring spot or securities trading. Phemex emphasizes that these derivatives are not equivalent to stocks or ETFs, but follow the same trading mechanics as its crypto futures.

Key features include round-the-clock trading, which allows order placement, position holding, and trade management at any time. Unlike many conventional brokers, Phemex will not enforce forced liquidations during traditional market closing hours. The platform also supports margin trading with both long and short positions.

The exchange states that the TradFi futures operate within the same risk management framework, tools, and user interface as its existing cryptocurrency futures, providing a unified experience for traders.

TradFi futures are now live on Phemex, enabling users to gain leveraged exposure to traditional markets alongside their digital asset holdings.
