NAGA Introduces VIP Points and Boosts to Reward Its Most Active Members
NAGA launched VIP Points and Boosts, tying six-level VIP status to platform activity and adding temporary boosts plus referral rewards across its regulated entities.
NAGA, the multi-asset trading and investment platform with a community of more than 2.6 million members, has launched a new loyalty programme designed to reward active participants. The company announced VIP Points and Boosts on July 31, 2026, tying a client's VIP status directly to platform activity.
The VIP structure contains six levels, from Iron to Crystal. Each tier unlocks progressively better trading conditions, including tighter spreads, higher copy-trading earnings and lower fees. Clients accumulate VIP Points based on how much they engage with the platform, and those points determine whether they advance to a higher tier.
The second component, Boosts, offers a temporary way to climb the ladder. A Boost moves a client up one VIP level for 30 days, giving them access to the next tier's benefits for that period. NAGA also said the programme extends to referrals in eligible markets. Under the scheme, an existing client who brings a new user to the platform gets closer to their next level, while the new user receives a temporary Boost. The company said the effect lasts longer as clients bring more people into the community.
The launch is part of a broader slate of product updates NAGA has shipped during 2026. It follows a redesign of the company's Social Feed and supports the platform's stated roadmap for the year, which focuses on deepening the core product and adding more client-facing tools.
James Mason, NAGA's Head of Product, said the community is the strongest part of the company and the aim of the new programme is to recognise the people who are most engaged. He added that NAGA wanted the mechanics to feel simple and worthwhile, with better trading conditions tied to participation and community growth.
NAGA said VIP Points and Boosts are rolling out across its regulated entities. Points earned through platform activity apply to all clients, while referral-related rewards are available only in selected regions and operate in line with each entity's existing referral programme. As with previous communications, NAGA included a CFD risk disclosure noting that 70.45% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with the provider.
