flatexDEGIRO Joins Boerse Stuttgart's Seturion Tokenized-Securities Platform

flatexDEGIRO, Societe Generale and SG-FORGE have joined Seturion, Boerse Stuttgart Group’s European settlement platform for tokenized securities, aiming to create a pan-European industry solution.
flatexDEGIRO, Societe Generale and its crypto-asset subsidiary SG-FORGE have joined forces with Seturion, the European settlement platform for tokenized securities owned by Boerse Stuttgart Group. The collaboration, announced on 21 May 2026, aims to establish a unified, blockchain-based settlement infrastructure for the European capital market.
As part of the partnership, Boerse Stuttgart Group’s Seturion will provide settlement for transactions between the parties. flatexDEGIRO, one of Europe’s fastest-growing online brokers with over 3.5 million customers across 16 countries, will connect the platform to its European retail flow for tokenized securities. Societe Generale, a European market leader in structured securities such as turbo warrants and investment certificates, intends to issue tokenized versions of these products on Seturion. SG-FORGE, the first MiCA-compliant stablecoin issuer backed by a major European bank, will provide its Euro and US dollar pegged stablecoins (CoinVertible) for settlement.
The partnership is open to other market participants. Already, Nasdaq’s European trading venues are set to connect to Seturion to facilitate trading of tokenized securities settled through the platform. By using the system, banks and brokers expect significantly lower settlement costs and higher efficiency across European markets.
