Equiti Opens Second Walk-In Branch for UAE Traders, This Time in Al Ain

Equiti has opened a second walk-in branch for UAE traders, this time in Al Ain, extending the broker's physical presence in the country beyond its digital channels.

Equiti Group has opened a second walk-in branch for traders in the United Arab Emirates, with the new location situated in Al Ain. The forex and CFD broker is expanding its physical footprint in the country, adding a further in-person point of presence after an earlier walk-in branch serving UAE clients.

The launch highlights the continued role of face-to-face service in a part of retail trading that is otherwise driven by online onboarding, mobile platforms and digital account management. A local branch gives clients a place to handle account-related matters in person, while brokers use such premises to build brand visibility in competitive regional markets.

The announcement did not disclose financial terms, staffing levels at the new site or an opening date.

Broader broker headlines

The Al Ain branch news featured within a wider daily roundup of broker, fintech and regulatory developments. Among the other items covered: BlackBull's planned initial public offering has been pushed back to 2027; eToro is preparing to move clients onto a new AI-centred application; CMC Markets has added ChatGPT functionality; and iFOREX recorded a first-half loss.

The same roundup noted new Australian Securities and Investments Commission rules covering trading algorithms. It also featured a studio interview with Amir Amidian, Global Head of Research at FISG – Interstellar Group, who discussed the group's approach to regulation across multiple jurisdictions, its proprietary Flux One execution technology, its focus on trader education, the use of AI to help traders learn from past mistakes, and plans for further international expansion.
