Changes in the Management Board of Admirals Group AS

Admirals Group AS announced that Andrey Koks has been recalled from his position as a member of the company's management board, effective Feb. 1, 2026. The decision was made by the group's supervisory board, according to a statement issued on Feb. 3.

Koks will continue working with Admirals Group on other projects, the company said. The brokerage emphasized that the management board change does not affect the company's or the group's day-to-day operations and strategic direction.

Following the change, the management board of Admirals Group AS now consists of Alexander Tsikhilov, Eduard Kelvet, and Liudmila Bataeva. Tsikhilov serves as chairman of the management board.
