Capital.com Redesigns Mobile App Platform and Brand

Capital.com has unveiled a redesigned mobile app and brand identity centered on helping clients make better trading decisions, featuring an AI assistant, trading analytics, and refined navigation.

Capital.com, the multi-jurisdiction online trading platform, has rolled out a redesigned mobile app and brand identity globally on iOS and Android, available from May 2026. The update is built around a single principle: helping clients strive for better decisions.

According to the company, the redesign stems from client research that revealed users wanted more context, less noise, and interfaces that encourage deliberate engagement rather than impulsive action. Every design change was tested against whether it helps clients understand their situation more clearly before acting.

Three key features anchor the new app. An AI assistant allows users to search markets, platform features, and FAQs without leaving their current screen. Trading analytics provide a real-time view of a client’s own trading patterns, offering insight before their next trade. Refined navigation consolidates positions, market conditions, and watchlists onto a single personalised home screen.

Sasha Gubochkin, Chief Product Officer at Capital.com, commented: “Well-designed interfaces reduce the cognitive load on clients under pressure. The updated platform is structured to present information clearly, support deliberate engagement, and reduce unnecessary urgency. Every change was tested against one question: does this help the client understand their situation more accurately before they decide?”

The visual system has also been simplified around three core colours — Midnight, Light, and Gold — intended to keep focus on data rather than the interface. Typography and layouts are optimised for readability and reduced visual load. Gubochkin added that the colour palette is designed to recede, not compete with the information clients are interpreting.

Interface components across portfolio view, market data, and watchlists have been reviewed to make information easier to interpret. The overall platform is intended to support deliberate decisions rather than immediate action, reflecting Capital.com’s broader focus on decision quality.
