Bitunix Exchange Launches Visa Debit Card for Daily Purchases and Earning

Bitunix has launched a Visa debit card allowing users to spend crypto at over 130 million merchants worldwide, with up to 8% cashback and yield on idle balances.

Cryptocurrency exchange Bitunix has introduced the Bitunix Card, a Visa-powered debit card that lets users spend digital assets on everyday purchases while earning rewards and yield on unspent balances. The product launched on July 16, 2026, aiming to bridge the gap between crypto holdings and real-world spending.

The card can be used at over 130 million merchants worldwide that accept Visa payments, including popular services like Uber, Amazon, ChatGPT, Spotify, and Netflix. Users can also tap into major digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, as well as select regional payment platforms. Transactions are processed instantly, enabling crypto to be spent as easily as a traditional debit card.

To encourage usage, Bitunix is offering up to 8% cashback on eligible purchases, with a monthly cap of 1,000 USDT in rewards. Additionally, idle balances held on the card can automatically earn yield, with rates reaching up to 11.6% annually depending on the asset and conditions. The card charges no issuance or monthly maintenance fees, though users must transfer a minimum of 100 USDT to the card account to activate it. That balance remains fully available for spending.

“The Bitunix Card goes far beyond payments. It unlocks a seamless, high-yield financial ecosystem built for everyday global commerce,” said Steven Gu, the company’s Chief Strategy Officer.

Available via Bitunix’s web platform and its iOS and Android apps, the card includes a unified dashboard for managing balances, transferring funds, tracking transactions, and monitoring cashback rewards. Users must complete the exchange’s identity verification and reside in a supported region to apply.

The launch is part of a broader push by Bitunix to make cryptocurrency more practical for daily use. With over 5 million users across more than 150 countries, the exchange is expanding beyond derivatives trading into payment services that combine spending and passive earning in one product.
