Bitkub Partners with Block Street to List BSB Token and Expand RWA Tokenization

Bitkub Online Co., Ltd., operator of the Bitkub Exchange in Thailand, has partnered with Block Street, a platform focused on tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs). The two companies jointly held a “Bitkub x Block Street: Vision Day” event on 19 May 2026 in Bangkok to formally announce the listing of the Block Street (BSB) token on Bitkub Exchange.

During the event, executives from both firms discussed the future of blockchain technology and RWA tokenization. Silu Wang, Chief Marketing Officer of Block Street, said the partnership leverages Bitkub’s expertise in the Thai market and regulatory landscape, while Block Street contributes its institutional-grade infrastructure and connections.

Atthakrit Chimplapibul, Co-founder of Bitkub Group, emphasized that Vision Day was designed to provide transparency and community engagement, allowing investors direct access to project founders before making investment decisions. He described Block Street as a prominent developer in the RWA space that expands and diversifies investment options for Bitkub users.

A panel discussion titled “RWA Tokenization: Revolution or Just Rebranding of TradFi?” featured Atthakrit and Silu Wang, among other experts. Atthakrit noted that holding a diversified portfolio of tokenized assets can mitigate single-asset risks, but regulatory hurdles remain—for example, vehicle ownership tokenization is not yet supported under current frameworks. He predicted that once international RWA standards are established, seamless cross-chain asset transfers and DeFi collateral usage will become possible.

Silu Wang characterized the current RWA momentum as a mature growth phase, not a temporary cycle. He called for industry collaboration to build infrastructure capable of supporting major institutional players, ultimately enabling a user experience where blockchain operates invisibly in the background, providing 24/7 market access with enhanced convenience and speed.
