Capital Exodus from US Stocks — Where Next?

Big money is leaving US equities at record pace. Could crypto be the next stop?

Capital Exodus from US Stocks — Where Next?

I'm watching the biggest outflow from US stocks since March — $17.2B in a week. Investors are rotating to Japan and other overseas markets, but I can't help wondering: what about crypto? 🤔

SOL, AVAX, and LINK are all trading in tight ranges right now. If this risk-on rotation broadens, we could see some of that liquidity find its way here. Not a call, just a thought worth discussing.

Interesting shift 📈. The correlation between crypto and US equities has tightened recently, so a true "exodus" might benefit non-correlated assets like commodities or select international markets more directly.

Doubt it. Institutional money isn't piling into crypto for safety—it's rotating into bonds and cash. Crypto's still a casino, not a shelter.

Record pace relative to what baseline? Crypto's 24h volume is still ~5% of SPX daily turnover. Liquidity mismatch makes it a parking lot, not a destination.

Crypto lacks the liquidity depth to absorb institutional exits from US equities at scale. The risk/reward favors waiting for clearer rotation signals—cash is a position.

Crypto's already absorbing some of that flow, but you're ignoring the real story: US bonds are the real competitor here, not BTC. 🚀🔥
