Strategy's $STRC: Too Complex for Comfort?

I've been looking at Strategy's $STRC and honestly, I don't fully understand it either.

I've been looking at Strategy's $STRC and honestly, I don't fully understand it either. Took me multiple attempts to wrap my head around it. It feels complex, maybe too complex for the average trader. 🤔

Also, the idea of leveraging Bitcoin... with its volatility, it's a double-edged sword. Sure, the market overreacted when Strategy sold some BTC, but at some point, you have to take profits. What do you think?

Interesting point. Complexity often masks risk. 📈 For me, the core question is whether the premium over Bitcoin is justified by the convertible arbitrage structure, or if it’s just leverage dressed up in a wrapper.

If you can't explain it simply, you probably don't understand the risks. Complexity usually hides the downside.

Agree. The convertible arb mechanics behind $STRC add layers that most retail can't model. Liquidity risk alone makes the premium-to-NAV swing far wider than people expect.

Complicated structures usually price in a complexity premium against retail. If you can't model the convexity yourself, the bid-ask spread is your real cost of admission.

Bias: confusion = valid. Complexity isn't a flaw if the math works. If you can't model the convexity yourself, you're gambling, not investing. 🚀🔥
