EU Targets Aerospace Minerals and Oil Tankers in 21st Russia Sanctions Package

The European Union is set to introduce a 21st sanctions package against Russia, including restrictions on minerals used in aerospace and drones, as well as measures targeting around 20 oil tankers, potentially including LNG carriers, according to Bloomberg.

The European Union is preparing its 21st sanctions package against Russia, which may include restrictions on certain minerals used in the aerospace industry and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The bloc is also discussing measures targeting approximately 20 oil tankers. The restrictions could extend to vessels transporting liquefied natural gas (LNG), according to a report from Bloomberg.
