etoro partners with Papaya Global

eToro and Papaya Global partner to launch eToro Work, powered by Banco, letting workers invest automatically when salary, bonuses or other compensation is paid.

Online broker eToro and workforce payments provider Papaya Global have announced a partnership to launch eToro Work, a new offering designed to connect employee earnings directly with investing. The service, powered by Papaya Global's Banco platform, aims to reach workers at the exact moment they are paid.

The two companies said eToro Work is intended to cover every form of employment and compensation — including salary, bonuses, stock options, RSUs and benefits — in one place. The goal is to help workers see, understand and grow the full value of what they earn, turning each income event into an opportunity to build long-term wealth.

Yoni Assia, eToro CEO and co-founder, said the partnership fits with eToro's mission to open global markets and give people tools to grow their financial knowledge and wealth. "Many people never get a natural moment to start," he noted, adding that the collaboration lets eToro meet workers where they are, the moment they are paid, and turn that into a chance to learn, build confidence and grow wealth over time.

Eynat Guez, CEO and co-founder of Papaya Global, said salary should be the beginning of a worker's financial experience, not the end. She described Banco as the next generation of workforce payments and said the partnership with eToro brings that vision to life on a global scale. "The moment your pay lands, it can start working for you," she said.

According to the companies, eToro Work represents the next evolution of financial wellness, moving beyond helping people access what they earn to helping them grow what they earn. The new service is part of a broader push by retail brokerages to embed investing into everyday financial moments rather than requiring workers to take a separate step to open an account or make an investment.
