VTB Says AI-Powered Tool Boosts Client Investment by 25%

VTB's brokerage unit reports that clients using its AI 'Intellect' service invest an additional 25,000 rubles for every 100,000 rubles allocated to the tool, according to an interview at SPIEF.

VTB continues to see growing trust in AI for investments. The technology is used for data navigation, analysis, and personalized recommendations based on risk profiles.

The bank's brokerage head Andrey Yatskov told Kommersant at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that the future lies in a hybrid model: algorithms handle routine tasks while human consultants focus on strategy and complex decisions. He emphasized that technology is a delivery mechanism for expertise, but trust remains the key factor.

Data from VTB My Investments shows that clients using the 'Intellect' service tend to use other products more frequently. For every 100,000 rubles invested in the AI service, they additionally invest about 25,000 rubles in VTB solutions or direct trading.
