S&P 500 futures added 0.7%, Nasdaq 100 futures climbed 1.2%, and Dow Jones futures rose 0.6%. The moves came as oil prices plummeted—WTI crude fell 8.0% and Brent crude lost 6.0%. Gold inched up 0.7%, reflecting some residual caution.
The market action suggests traders are beginning to price in a potential peace deal again.
