Russia's Housing Project Finance Portfolio Rises 1% in Q1 2026 to 10.3 Trln Rubles

The portfolio of project financing for housing construction in Russia grew by 1% in the first quarter of 2026 to 10.3 trillion rubles, according to the central bank. Growth rates have been low for the past two quarters.

The Central Bank of Russia reported that the project financing portfolio for housing construction increased by 1% in Q1 2026, reaching 10.3 trillion rubles.

Growth has slowed noticeably over the last two quarters, with the central bank noting persistently low expansion rates.
