Gazprom boosts TurkStream exports 6.5% in Jan-May 2026 to record high
Gazprom's gas exports via the European leg of TurkStream rose 6.5% year-on-year in January–May 2026, reaching 7.65 billion cubic meters — the highest for the period since deliveries began.

According to RIA Novosti calculations, Gazprom increased natural gas exports through the European branch of the TurkStream pipeline in the first five months of 2026 by 6.5% compared to the same period a year earlier. The volume reached 7.65 billion cubic meters, setting a new record for the January–May period since the pipeline's launch.
The growth highlights sustained demand for Russian gas via the Turkish route amid reduced flows through other European corridors.
