EUR/USD Trims Losses as US Dollar Rally Stalls Near 1.1450

The EUR/USD pair recovered some ground to trade around 1.1450 as easing Middle East tensions reduced safe-haven demand for the US dollar. However, the sustainability of the dollar's pullback remains uncertain.

EURUSD

The euro staged a modest recovery against the US dollar this week, with EUR/USD settling near the 1.1450 level. The move lower in the greenback followed a cooling of geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, which diminished safe-haven flows into the dollar.

Despite the pullback, the broader outlook for the dollar remains supported by resilient US economic data and the Federal Reserve's hawkish stance. The question now is whether the dollar's rally has truly paused or if this is merely a temporary correction before renewed strength.

Traders will watch for any new developments in the Middle East or shifts in risk appetite that could drive the next directional move for the pair.
