Will the tech rout spill into crypto?

Watching the tech sell-off today has me wondering if crypto is next. $SOL and $AVAX are holding their ranges, but that could change quickly.

Institutions are dumping AI and tech names in a big way — NVDA below $5T, QQQ down 2.5%. That kind of risk-off move usually doesn't stop at equities. I'm watching $SOL around $70 and $AVAX near $6.44, and I'm asking myself: will the same rotation hit altcoins next? 🤔

Both have been range-bound lately, but if the macro mood sours further, we could see a break below recent lows. No position yet, but I'm keeping an eye on how price reacts if $SPY continues to slide. What are you seeing out there?
