Pakistan Announces US-Iran Peace Deal Reached; Signing Set for June 19

Pakistan's Prime Minister released an official statement announcing that a peace deal between the United States and Iran has been reached, with immediate termination of military operations and a signing ceremony scheduled for June 19 in Switzerland.

Pakistan's Prime Minister has issued a formal statement declaring that a peace deal between the United States and Iran has been concluded. According to the announcement, both sides have agreed to the immediate and permanent cessation of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.

The official signing ceremony is set to take place on Friday, June 19, in Switzerland. The Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the US and Iran for their commitment to a diplomatic solution, and also acknowledged mediation efforts by Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.

Pre-implementation discussions are expected to begin this week, laying the groundwork for technical talks and the formal signing. The deal appears to mark a significant step toward de-escalation in the region.
