Homebuilder Lennar posted fiscal Q2 2026 results that missed revenue expectations. Revenue came in at $7.9 billion against a consensus of $8.02 billion, while adjusted EPS met estimates at $1.24. On a year-over-year basis, EPS dropped from $1.81 to $1.24.

Forward guidance disappointed: Q3 deliveries are projected at 20,500–21,500 units (vs. 22,271 expected), and Q3 new orders are seen at 21,000–22,000 (vs. 22,547 expected). For the full fiscal year, Lennar expects deliveries of 82,000–83,000 units, below the 83,580 consensus.
