UnitedHealth Q2 2026 Earnings Beat Estimates, Raises Full-Year Guidance

UnitedHealth Group reported Q2 2026 adjusted EPS of $6.04, well above the $3.74 estimate, and raised its full-year adjusted EPS forecast to $19.50-$20.00. Revenue also surpassed expectations at $112.03 billion.

UnitedHealth Group (UNH) reported strong Q2 2026 earnings, with adjusted EPS of $6.04 crushing the $3.74 consensus estimate. Revenue came in at $112.03 billion, above the $110.67 billion forecast.

The Optum segment contributed $65.7 billion in revenue, slightly ahead of the $65.1 billion estimate, while the Healthcare segment generated $86.02 billion versus the expected $84.91 billion.

The company also raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $19.50 to $20.00, up from the previous outlook above $18.25, reflecting confidence in operational performance.
