The Swiss franc weakened to its lowest level in more than ten months on Wednesday, pressured by a surging US dollar. The greenback gained ground as markets priced in a more hawkish stance from the Federal Reserve.
USD/CHF traded near 0.8126 at the time of writing, marking a sixth consecutive day of gains for the pair. The move extends the franc's recent decline amid diverging monetary policy expectations between the Swiss National Bank and the Fed.
