Perpetual to Acquire 70% of Interfi Systems
Perpetual will purchase a 70% stake in Interfi Systems, with an option to buy the remaining 30% by FY31. The deal is expected to close before the end of June, funded from internal cash.
Perpetual has announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in Interfi Systems, with an option to acquire the remaining 30% by the end of fiscal year 2031. The transaction is expected to close before the end of June and will be funded entirely from Perpetual’s internal cash reserves.
Michael Dilworth, the current Managing Director of Interfi, will remain in his role following the acquisition.
