CryptoQuant CEO: Next Bitcoin Bull Run Needs Over $1 Trillion Inflow
Ki Young Ju says capital efficiency is declining; the next parabolic bull cycle will require deeper institutional allocation for Bitcoin to become a major macro asset.
Ki Young Ju, founder and CEO of CryptoQuant, noted that the next parabolic growth cycle for Bitcoin will require over $1 trillion in new capital inflow. He highlighted that in 2011, only $2.7 billion of inflow drove price gains of 55,436%, while the current cycle's $697 billion has yielded roughly 689% returns.
"Yes, capital efficiency is decreasing," Ju emphasized. He argued that the next parabolic bull cycle will likely require much deeper institutional allocation, adding that Bitcoin must evolve into a core macro asset rather than remaining a retail-focused ETF trading vehicle.
