Bitcoin Global Bottom Near According to Power Law Theory

A popular Power Law model suggests Bitcoin is approaching its cycle bottom, with proponents arguing the asset behaves like a living organism rather than a traditional stock.

A widely-cited Power Law model indicates that Bitcoin is nearing its global cycle bottom, according to recent commentary on a Telegram channel focused on forex and crypto markets.

The theory posits that Bitcoin's price dynamics follow a power-law distribution—similar to growth patterns seen in cities, technologies, or biological systems—rather than behaving like a conventional equity. Proponents of the model argue that the asset's long-term trajectory remains upward, with the current drawdown phase likely marking a key inflection point.

While the model suggests a bottom is imminent, it does not guarantee a precise price level or timing. The channel's post also included an optimistic long-term outlook, stating that Bitcoin will continue to grow indefinitely, though such projections remain speculative.
